Overweight? It may not be a Fat Problem but an Acid Diet Problem
An Acid Diet Problem:
Why does our body accumulate fat and it is so hard for some people to get rid of it and slim down? When our diet is extremely acidic, we eat and eat, but we are not feeding our cells. Our cell don’t get enough oxygen and nutrients, so they start accumulating that fat as a way to protect from the starvation that they perceive. If you want to lose weight, ask yourself if you are having an acid diet problem, and this may make your quest a lot easier!
Tony Robbins explains in a very clear, easy to understand way, what happens in our body when we feed it an acid or an alkaline diet.
When trying to lose weight and get back in shape, instead of cutting down on fats, or not eating, stop and think about the actual effect of food inside your body, and you will be in a better position to choose the kind of foods that will actually feed your cells, and allow them to oxygenate and flow freely through you body. This will be the most effective, most permanent way to deal with your overweight problem.
Check out our Alkaline Food List for some ideas on which foods contribute to you being acidic, and which can help you be more alkaline.
My pleasure, I’m glad you are being able to use the information to your benefit. Exercise and good eating need to go hand in hand to work best. Stay in touch!!

Thank you for sharing this blog. With an interest in physics, the explanation into alkalinity, electrons and oxygenation not only is every opening but also makes perfect sense. As someone that works out a lot, this makes sense. I’m going to adopt drinking my lemon water in the gym as well as that’s where I consume about 25%-33% of my daily water. Making it Alkaline should help fat-burning as well as the alkaline diet which, since adopting in a few weeks has took over 2kg in bodyfat off me with ease with no side effects and only positives in energy, health and well being
